1974 The legend of STC Group started from the affiliation of veterans in agricultural trading to establish a group of companies to export tapioca products at the early stage. 1977 The Company expanded to set up rice exporting company. 1984 In order to cope with increasing demand and provide good service for timely delivery to the clients around the world, it stepped into transportation business. 1988 The group diversified extensively into agro-industry by value-adding to local agricultural products to meet the world's demand. 1988 It started with animal feed and frozen shrimp business. 1990 Rice cracker business was estalished. 1991 The Group stepped into wheat flour business. 1996 Founded hospitality business including hotel and resort venture. 1993 To be in line with the 8th National Economic and Social Development Plan (for 1997-2001) and to support the export industry/meet local basic infrastructure requirement, STC Group decided to co-invest with reputable overseas counter-parts to invest in large infrastructure project such as Container Terminal. Throughout the last 3 decades, STC Group has professionally managed the business activities with sincerity and responsibility under the vision jointly envisaged by the management and staff.
