Tai Tai Fragrant Rice
(Jasmine rice, Thai scented rice, Khao Hom Mali)

Tai Tai Glutinous rice
(Sticky rice or Sweet rice)

Apart from being the common food of the northern, north - eastern Thai Laos and some communities, glutinous rice is also often used as one important ingredient in the sweet dishes, snacks and brewery industries. Tai Tai , glutinous rice, when cooked, is white, soft and sticky which is good for staple food and sweet.
